Strontium Cop’s sinister, eerie, and guitar-charged version of the “Halloween Theme” is a menacing refresh that aims to “add new and stay true” to the underlying source material.
Did you know John Carpenter wrote the original composition in ONE hour? The seminal “Halloween Theme” premiered in Carpenter’s 1978 slasher-horror film Halloween. Oddly, the “Halloween Official Sound Track” was first released in Japan in 1979 through Columbia Records, whereas the US market had to wait until 1983 for Varèse Sarabande to release it there.
